Qualify for Nationals July 31 - August 3 at Disney’s Wide World of Sports® Complex FL
Welcome to the South Florida 3v3 Super Challenge, in Miramar Florida!
We are looking forward to a great tournament. We want to make sure every team that has entered knows exactly what they need to do to be ready to have a great experience. Here are some important points for you to be aware of :
*** CHANGE ***
<> CHECK-IN is SATURDAY MORNING at the soccer fields where you will present the necessary credentials and receive t-shirts for each player on the team.
Arrive at least one hour before your first game.
The following forms must be brought to check-in.
1) WAIVER FORM - If you applied online, you MUST bring a WAIVER with player/parent signatures. You have a choice of WAIVER FORM or printable application which has the waiver on it.
2) PROOF OF AGE - Make sure to bring PROOF OF AGE for each player to team check-in. (such as player passes, copy of birth certificate, drivers license, etc.)
3) APPLICATION - If you need to change your roster from the one that was submitted on your application OR If your original application was not filled out entirely (with all players addresses and birthdates) you must bring a final application to check-in. 4) HOTEL FORM - if you are staying at a hotel, please fill out and turn in.
<> SCHEDULES All Divisions will play both days. Schedules - will be posted on our Web Site by Thursday night before the tournament
<> PARKING The new Miramar Regional charges $1.50 per day per person for parking.
<> MEDICAL RELEASE forms are important if a player under the age of 18, is injured and requires medical treatment and a parent or guardian will not be present to authorize treatment by a physician. You will not be required to present medical release forms at any time during the tournament, but they are highly recommended. If any of the players on your team will not have a parent in attendance, the coach should have a properly signed and notarized medical release form. <> BALL - Each Team is required to bring a game BALL. The home team’s ball will be used as the game ball. U6-U8 use size 3, U9-U12 use size 4 while U13 and older use size 5
<> QUALIFYING for the 3v3 Challenge National Championship – Each team that finishes in the top 4 of its Division will qualify to enter the Nationals at Disney’s Wide World of Sports® Complex Florida.

The age division of a team in the tournament, will be the age of the oldest player on the team's Roster.
