Challenge Sports and the Kick-It 3v3 National Soccer Tour are pleased to continue the strategic partnership between the world’s two leading 3v3 soccer organizations for  events in Orlando, Tampa, South Florida, and Jacksonville.  At these events teams have the chance to qualify for Challenge Sport’s National Championships at Disney’s Wide World of Sports® Complex., where teams then have the opportunity to qualify for Kick-it World Championships

TURF Fields - The only restriction for footwear on the turf fields is that no steel cleats are permitted.   All other soccer cleats are fine

entry fee $195 per team  

($165  on or before Thursday June 10)

Applications received by 6PM on the Monday before the tournament will automatically be accepted.  Applications received after that time will be addressed on a case by case basis and may not be accepted. Teams that are not accepted will receive a full refund.

Qualify for Nationals!  July 29-Aug 1, 2010 at Disney’s Wide World of Sports® Complex 

Welcome to the Orlando 3v3 Challenge, June 19/20, 2010 in Orlando, Florida!

We are looking forward to a great tournament.  We want to make sure every team that has entered knows exactly what they need to do to be ready to have a great experience.  Here are some important points for you to be aware of : 

 

<> EARLY ENTRY DEADLINE - June 10 - After  June 10 entry fee will be $195.

 

<> CHECK-IN is Friday evening June 18 (6:30pm to 8:30pm) at at Sports Authority  Orlando Waterford Towers, 610 N Alafaya Trail, Orlando FL 32828.  At check-in teams will present credentials and receive t-shirts for each player on the team.  At least one representative from each team must attend check-in!  

The following forms must be brought to check-in.

 

1)  WAIVER FORM  - If you applied online, you MUST bring a WAIVER with player/parent signatures.  You have a choice of  WAIVER FORM or printable application  which has the waiver on it.

 

2)  PROOF OF AGE

Make sure to bring PROOF OF AGE for each player to team check-in. (such as player passes,  copy of birth certificate, drivers license, etc.).  Click here  for age division table

 

3APPLICATION -  If you  need  to change your roster from the one that was submitted on your application  OR     If your original application was not filled out entirely (with all players addresses and birthdates) you must bring a final application to check-in.  You can find a printable version at printable application.

 

4) HOTEL FORM -  if you are staying at a hotel, please fill out and turn in.

 

<>  SCHEDULES At least the first game for each team - will be posted on the Challenge Sports Web Site by the Thursday evening before the tournament.

 

<>  MEDICAL RELEASE forms are important if a player under the age of 18, is injured and requires medical treatment and a parent or guardian will not be present to authorize treatment by a physician.  You will not be required to present medical release forms at any time during the tournament, but they are highly recommended.  If any of the players on your team will not have a parent in attendance, the coach should have a properly signed and notarized medical release form.    If you want to have medical release forms you can find the form on the web at http://www.challengesports.com/FORMS/medicalForm.doc

 

<> BALL - Each Team is required to bring a game BALL The home team’s ball will be used as the game ball.  U6-U8 use size 3, U9-U12 use size 4 while U13 and older use size 5

 

<>  QUALIFYING – Each team that finishes in the top 4 of its Division will qualify to enter the Nationals which is scheduled for July 29 - August 1, 2010, at Disney’s Wide World of Sports® Complex  Florida USA.  At the Challenge Nationals, teams will then have the chance to qualify for Kick-it World Championships.

The age division of a team in the tournament, will be the age of the oldest player on the team's Roster.

 U13 -  (8/1/1996 thru 7/31/1997)

 U7 -  (8/1/2002 thru 7/31/2003

 U14 -  (8/1/1995 thru 7/31/1996)

 U8 -  (8/1/2001 thru 7/31/2002)

 U15 -  (8/1/1994 thru 7/31/1995)

 U9 -  (8/1/2000 thru 7/31/2001)

 U16 - (8/1/1993 thru 7/31/1994)

 U10 -  (8/1/1999 thru 7/31/2000)

U17- (8/1/1992 thru 7/31/1993)

 U11 -  (8/1/1998 thru 7/31/1999)

U18- (8/1/1991 thru 7/31/1992)
